The probability that there is significant gas eminating from Leadville, IMHO, is greater than other less likely scenarios.
Sure, nothing is guaranteed until the score is on the board however the results achieved so far underwrite GDN's value and share price and limit how far it can fall.
The realistic upside potential however is huge and and given the success to date, 500bcf is a real possibility....and this could easily see GDN at $10+/share.
Opportunities such as this with limited downside and achievable enormous upside are rare.....good luck to all who are aboard the GDN express
