Just a thought....I wonder if the relatively small number of shares (approx 70m?) contributes to the underperformance of TEX.
i.e TEX being an illiquid stock keeps larger investors (who would like a sizeable stake in TEX) away? The illiquidity certainly doesn't help volatility of the SP in the short term.
