How do you know it's ajourned? I don't recall them saying so and that is all I expected.
They should have simply stated the position. No opinion or anything just the status like they did previously.
In fact they could have said what they are seeking too as that would be open knowledge assuming an open court.
I don't understand why they've said nothing this time.
