Another reason why I would think they are selling their IP besides breaking into the US market would be due to the fact they have another up their sleeve that will be released soon. There has been a fair amount of chatter with the other gene they have been working to detect prostate and other cancers. If they manage to pull it off under this new management... well lets just say anything can happen.
