Disgraceful the conduct of some managers destroying wealth in some companies and flogging off their private companies at the highest possible price to the detriment of shareholders and investors.
Surely they need to be abide by an arms lengths agreement?????? This is a rort! Furthermore what the hell are directors supporting companies share prices using the companies capital if things turn dour? Surely this too was legislated against in the past but they circumvented it very slyly imho.
Who do they think they are by doing nothing?......politicians???....lol
