    If there is no major cornerstone investor and if the US listing price is low, then that would be telling. I am on two other small companies. One of them tells prospective investors that they have to pay a premium or forget it. They got $5m at a 40% premium. The other company got a strategic investment from a big player for $17m at 25% premium. That's the kind of firepower I initially thought CDX had. But now we have a con note instead. Anyway, fingers crossed for a good US listing.
