suppose there is still a chance of a takeover before this stage, i still cant see a major Chinese investor wanting a Japanese company to waltz in and grab 12% of the company.
imho, if Tricoastal have any intentions of taking over MZI they would be doing it before Doral come on board.
if they have no intentions of taking over MZI, then the next likely window for this to occur would be once MZI have done all the heavy lifting, ie got to the point of production.
