Another way of looking at what is very real (non) "efficient market" problem...
I tend to be more of a purist (as you probably know by now) in terms of considering dilution as simply the "% stake you hold of the business before and after the CR": (hence my "a biotech shareholder should really be looking at their investment as if they were a venture capitalist" model) but sure - Bloody brilliant appraisal.
