    Yes, but as its a multiple of the Dexus shares I don't think there will need to be a re-offer if the DXS price moves. The monetary value will stay the same and the multiplier will take care of the differential.

    Interestingly, today's Australian suggested that this might beat the bushes for other competing offers, in which case its game on.
