One last thing, I think Chalice should right now be educating ENAMCO that when they grant Nevsun with approvals for a railway line to their yet to be constructed port, that ENAMCO make it fully aware upfront that these facilities can be used by other mining companies at minimal ongoing cost.
Chalice can cite examples of this in WA. That would stop any future arguments. Nevsun are a pioneer but they are also a giant, and can afford this capital cost.
Also Chalice should show no interest in Sunridge
