How do you know they are not? The last announcement stated that they were in discussions with potential partners etc. They are not about to show their hand/reveal sensitive information about a potential partner before they know what is happening. What company has ever let shareholders in on negotiations?
That is one out of a million possible explanations. Do you have information that the rest of us don't have or are you just talking out of you ass?
