Remember EVRAZ can only hold 19% which they now do - after that they must make a takeover offer - this will have to be prior to the meeting else they will not be bidding for the ground - only the cash
I no longer hold - after 4 years - but did very well out of it - I honestly don't know one way or the other how this will play out - maybe the Russian has not got his eye's set on the Cape Lambert project but something CFE has in mind in Africa???? - who knows
