Can someone answer this simple question:
1. 18 trillion in negative yielding bonds globally
2. Monetary policy at negative or close to zero across the globe
3. Global Debt at record highs and rising exponentially
4. Fiscal stimulus out of control
5. Geopolitical tensions increasing rapidly
6. Social unrest throughout Europe and North America
7. Debt exceeding revenue from tax receipts
The list goes on and on...... yet gold is the worst performing asset class in 2021.
SO WHY IS GOLD GOING DOWN NOT UP?
