    He likes to invest in companies operating in Mali (Fraser institute ranking of 5.93 , ranked 136 in the world), but Chile isnt for him (Fraser institute Ranking of 7.96, ranked 14 in the world). Chile is one of the most mining hospitable countries in the world. Very transparent individual Ches.
