If they do get the mine running (lots of mines get canned during feasibility stage), they will either have to do a huge CR or giving away a large percentage of the mine to fund its construction.

Both of those activities will reduce the SP.
The price of gold now is irrelevant as they are not selling any.

I don't like the sovereign risk in this stock either.

Best you can hope for is a TO.
If you bought in at 6c, well done, if you bought in at 30c it was stupid.

Their SP will fluctuate, and you might be able to make money out of that, but from here to mine is far away.

I keep stocks like this on a watchlist and will buy in the future once they are derisked.

But I still don't like the sovereign risk..........
