The delays in receiving funds from credit card processors is really being caused by these chargeback penaltys applied by Visa & M/Card. If Adultshop holds the line it should resume a growth phase. I agree at present their internet volunes would be very low. But remember this it has $13m + to grow this base. And once they have finished refurbishing the retail stores they will lead to growth. Its. S/term they are a risk. Show me what isnt. Isnt it always about risk reward. The cashflows tell the story that at the least they are cashflow +ve which is more than I can say about some others. The company should trade profitably this half year as it has gained over 1.3 million ibn the last three months. It is spending the bulk of money on hard capital exps. Thus the P/L should be +ve barring shocks. And this has been taken out of the equation by the writeoff to zero of Todays Success. It is a very clean B/Sheet. Mostly in cash. NTA is above share price with no value at this stage placed by the markets but it will soon happen as cash is always king. If not maybe someone with an eye to the cash will. Either way a =ve.
