on the move maybe

Up a couple of pennies with a few larger buyers lurking around. Big volume day for PPD, something appears to be on the horizon with a few guys taking positions, I bought in at 13/13.5 purely on a technical signal on the hourly chart. Lets see what happens with this penny dreadful, can it regain some dignity after such a big drop from its glory days? Highly speculative, but looks cheap at these prices just don't throw the farm at it unless you have a spare farm or three to speculate with.
