By the time the September Div is due, things will be a lot clearer. I suspect they will pay out, just for the sake of being consistant, as they did in March.
The market has treated this stock like an AFG or CNP, but I see nothing to justify that. It reminds me more of ALL which went from $17 down to sub 80c and look where it is now.
