Treefeed, I suspect you are barking up the wrong tree. If you look at the HCS related announcements sure they generally refer to "tantalum concentrate", however if the tantalum component is coming out of a smelting process the concentrate is almost certainly going to be in the form of a tantalum slag or glass, so "tantalum concentrate" and "tantalum glass" are one and the same, just different descriptions for the same item containing the Ta2O5.
I will need to do some research to find out more about SynCon - will revert if I have any luck.
