Well, it is less about terminology and more about pricing. The pricing formula incorporated in the HCS off-take agreement - as I understand it - applies to a standard 20% tantalum concentrate. Whether or not the product that comes out of smelter co. is the 20% tantalum concentrate that HCS expects, is unclear. Since GIP unsuccessfully tried to deliver something other than the agreed concentrate before (55% Ta Syncon, refer to the 20/11/2008 press release), I suspect the slag or glass also is something different. I see it as another attempt to fiddle around with the off-take agreement.
