On the assumption that neither of us knows any detail of the HCS contract, other than what has been published, let's not worry too much on that score, the Board, on the other hand, I'm sure, by now they know every nut and bolt.
Generally, though, there is no scenario that includes GIP that doesn't also include HCS so pretending that the HCS contract doesn't exist isn't an option.
We may hope there can be some 'finessing' of the HCS agreement because it's getting long in the tooth and probably needs another look, but that's for the Board and HCS.
