This is being seriously being considered by Century. JR is a proven deal maker, I'm betting he's got a pretty good shot of pulling the off. Poz has been mentioning the Century pipeline being looked at as an option for sometime to transport Highland Plains phosphate, the links posted are the first mention I've seen from Century about processing phosphate. Poz will **promotion blocked**+ imo if they pull this off.
