Yes; preceding the chart which only takes into account trading after TSX listing (AVL ---> AVM) the share price was about 60 cents.
So your premise is correct.

Seems TA and FA are both in unison!

Today's trade had an element (of excitement?) not observed before.

Shares were being snapped up at 50 cents.
Buyer/s were offering 50 cents over listed bid/s of 43 cents; then 41 cents.

Very unusual to have a buyer move in and offer bids a gap above previous bid/s.

As espoused before, neither Hotcopper people nor mums and dads will move Anvil share price.
Will take institutional type buying aggression.

My prognosis is that today an institution or larger investor moved in with orders to Buy AT 50 Cents.

Now we all want to buy below and sell above.
Institutions, et. al. too!

So snapping up AVM at 50 cents suggests the company is actually worth much more.
(surprise - surprise?)

Once again!
When the profits are there - the "big boys" will push the share price up.

Commissioning of stage 2 compled next week - or close to.
Read profits double thereafter.
Announcements (more resources proved - another mine to commence - Gecamine agreement) are on the way.

This train is moving now and building up momentum for a downhill run.

That's how I see it anyhow!
