The 'top floor' you saw was just the 'preview' trailer you get to watch from the lobby while you were loitering, but it's not even for Level 2. It just showed you what it'll be when we start walking up to level 2.
The top floor we are going up towards is commercialisation and marketing after NDA approval. The SP won't be 3.5c by then I'm afraid. With a drug that has a $2billion/annum market, the royalties per year could run into tens of million. May be 3.5cps per annum as royalty income perhaps?
After fear and greed, regret is the most common emotion in the share market. Since you are outside the building, you can only have two of them.
For now, fear is what you are feeling and soon you will have the second one too, regret if you continue to loiter.
