I have always held a high opinion of the PRH assets, and maintained that PRH holders were getting a great deal with the tremendous upside SLR has to offer
Without SLR it would have been curtains for PRH. Hindsight has clearly shown this to be the case as no rival offer emerged
Nothing sinister has gone on here as gz has alleged. Just another display of how to get a deal done the Les Davis way
PRH shareholders have been rescued
Now looking forward to SLR finalising the Mt Iron HOA to acquire the mill for Kundip
