    Has merit. The key is to get to the share holders meeting for approval. Then I believe we will be re-rated to a min of 2.5c. Put yourself in the backers shoes. If you buy in at 2.5c, would you like the SP to be at 1.2c?? No , not good for the balance sheet. Exciting times ahead for this coy. Consolidation, BFS and financial security. Come on 2014.
