Looked this up. Its the discounted cash flow rate of return or internal rate of return. 32%. Is that bad? What figure is reasonable?
Operating Cost
$0.68/lb + $0.22/lb smelter fees. Sure. Sucks at today’s prices. But the general expectation is that zinc price will increase when some of the bigger mines start to close, some of which are already doing so. Any opioions?
Feasibility Study is based on expected average $1.31 to $1.37.
Are these figures unreasonable?
Figures are based on a 14 year mine life. However this could be much longer, "resource is open in almost every direction"
Now I'm not going to go on about the study or attack anyone, but I would sure appreciate you explaining some of your concerns. Are you just basing your opinions on the state of zinc/lead market at the moment?
The report has answered most of my questions, it's just the current SP that has me ropable!!!
