I think you are right about ORL being on the move. Once half the company's revenue and profit disappears next financial year there is little chance of the stock trading at these lofty heights. The move will be in one direction - down.
Shareholders don't like their divvies being cut even a little bit but when you cut by over 1/3 they tend to vote with their feet.
For those who think some 'capital management' might be in the wings - how far will that $1 per share really take you? Do you think the share price won't drop by more than that once the stock goes ex-payout??
