Casted an eagle eye over this one yesterday.

Approx $1.67 milat the end of Oct. Appear to be burning up $475,000 per qtr. Could be the reason for this JV. Also did a capital raising last qtr at 2 cents a share- aprox 27 mil more new shares on issue.
I'd say now they would have roughly $0.01 per share in cash. The unknown is whats this JV worth to them???
