From a TA standpoint John we have now well and truely broken through the heavy resistance in the upper teens. This looks like it should run to at least 25c in the next few weeks. Obviously if any of the significant factors you mentioned above come into play then we are likely to have a whole new set of targets.

Looking good and recent price action supports our theory that RVR is in for a re-rate.
