There are a couple of issues here -

A> 131M (same a FPO) options on issue, these will dilute the NTA discount by 50% once the share is over $1. These have the potential to continue the discount whilst they are around (Jan07)

B> NTA increases in Aprill won't be a high as you expect because LRF is not yet (getting there, but only 75-85% on my gues) fully invested. The cash component of the NTA will keep the rise to less than that of the underlying investments.
