What do you estimate the diluted NTA to be, after accounting for the 130,950,259 options on issue with exercise price of $1? If these are exercised, it appears that it would create an approximate 50% discount to the current reported NTA, which appears to be pre-tax to me. Based on your estimates of NTA of $1.31 at 30 April, this would roughly equate to 65 cents per share. Compared to the current price of about 90 cents.
Is this calculation fundamentally wrong? It just appears that it is not cheap/discounted on a diluted basis. I dont know?
