The participating CR institution/s took possession yesterday (17th) of 75M shares at 4 cents following the 3B issue announcement yesterday. Not surprisingly some solid selling kicked in yesterday afternoon after the 5.5 cent high and it would be reasonable to assume that the same institutions are doing some windfall profit taking, 25%+ is hard to resist.
The selling today I am guessing is a continuation, at least to some extent, of the same process and to what extent they will continue to cash in remains to be seen but it could go on for a while. The SP might struggle to get too far north of 5 cents for the time being until this selling washes through.
