As per a UN report, Armenia is one of the safest country for foreign investments & second best country in the world for mining & also politically very stable. They have some of the very big miners, few happen to be the neighbors of IBR. I think the placement at 77 cents and the following downward movement of the shares made investors, perhaps the ones who took the placements sold. For me its a low risk high return investment at the current levels. Also I am very happy with the top twenty share holder line up. SP will move up close to start of full fledged production. All IMO only. DYOR before buy / sell.
