Purchase by stealth, perhaps? I havent got a clue as posted earlier what the hold up is. I rekon if you are considering buying MAK you would go for it now. Once the drilling announcement comes out and the hype from the roadshow sifts through not to mention the excitement from the drilling results rumor mill as samples are collected profit frm buying at this level will be assured. How much I dont know but profit non the less.
