    Two reasons,
    First One ( highly like), someone know something but we don't know. For example, funding secured, Suv program exposed, or signed a new contract with new OME? Tesla?
    Second One (less likely), the deadline is coming very soon. They need to submit the final documents before May? SPAC two-year rules? not sure. So someone may want to buy the last ticket to USA.
