IMO insto buying is a bullish sign. It is usually a sign of accumulation. Insto's don't place $M buy orders they split them and buy them using an autobot system.
If the insto slowly sells then this is bearish.
Sometimes after a period of time when you've seen constant buying or selling of small parcels a notice of "substantial holding" or "change in substantial holding" gets registered.
Let's see what happens.
