They do not really have drugs yet for that latest stage where inflammation becomes the biggest enemy. Nicely, PBT2 is listed for both the earlier and mid-stages of the disease. And is not helpful only at that latest stage where inflammation more-less turns the brain into it's own enemy with it's defenses turning upon itself, and Tanzi refers to it as "friendly fire" in this presentation.
