In reverse logic, I feel the more cases that can be found where significant enviro breeches are brushed over, whitewashed or just plain stonewalled by regulators, the better for Cougar ... who as we know committed the cardinal sin of proving their actions produced drinking water to most world quality standards.

Orica comes to mind as one very large company at the centre of numerous claimed serious environmental breeches that is still operation.


It seems contamination is a size/perception thing ... at least in Qld anyway.
