Some people on this forum continue to ignore the fact that the management of this business continues to be on the nose. They have missed their forecasted targets which quite frankly looked overstated. You cannot miss targets in today's market.
Investors are now again wary of yet another capital raising after the company declared it was going to spent 30mm of cash this financial year. They have surprised the market twice in the past with capital raising that no one expected so the institutions are very wary.Therefore I was not surprised to see the share price smashed.
Also they need to turn a profit to show that this business can make money. I just wish they focus on making this business turn a profit and not try to concur the world.
