I'm too much of a novice to understand all you wrote, much of which went over my head.

Couple of questions if the yield differential is being sourced from a rotation out of cyclical currencies (AUD) in favour of industrial currencies like EUR. i.e. Long EURJPY but short AUDJPY, shouldnt the AUD drop last night.

I was following the AUDUSD which is want I intended to trade only to see it go up one and a half cent in a day.

Do u see the AUDUSD strength continuing or will it unwind soon.

Your view will be much appreciated.
