You should have taken some photos to show and tell,
Shires don't like the bad publicity so will get it cleaned up quick smart,
Not a very good look when people from around the world drive down the road either,
Maybe they could get some politicians of their asses and they can get out there and learn to use a whipper snipper, maybe bend over and pick up some rubbish,
Then their should be an education program for the slobs of society on how to dispose of their rubbish in rubbish bins that should be provided by the local shires,
