You are correct I have a very basic understanding of the law, my understanding was they can appeal judges brown decision, with the evidence provided, they can have all the evidence heard again in front of three commonwealth judges and hope they can come up with the decision to be over turned and have a retrial or have there punishment reduce ( if any was given )
If judge brown was laughing in his own court room with what SMM came up with in years of trying, what makes you think the three commonwealth judges won't do it again? New evidence can't be heard at the appeal only the evidence submitted at the trail
