Can't speak for the other two but nobody knows what evidence smm might or might not have, what is true is that smm are proven to be deceitful and dishonest, so they might try anything, try a little imagination, they suddenly manage to convince a true landowner to switch sides, they can convince ministers it's in SI interest to send this to court and this gets filtered down to chambers,it is all speculation, no evidence might be brought forward , they might just want to amend a ruling or two to save face, they have to pay costs anyhow so they might as well try, but what they are doing very successfully is keeping the sp down ,so this does need to get sorted so we can move onwards and upwards with the sp.They will try, but I think we will have them covered....then it's the oppies we will have to endure , but at least then the handbrake will be let off
