I can only guess that the basis for the Appeal will be given when the date is also given. According to the company that will be in the next 12 days.
We may also find out who authorised it too.

Personally I am more interested in the next set of drill results from Isabel. Unauthorised information tells me that the wet season has not affected the drilling yet and that the drillers are on their way back after the xmas/new year break.

I am also satisfied that SMMS have officially put up the money for the High Court costs and also the $218,000 as surety for the upcoming Appeal. At least if they lose we get paid the $4.8m and don't have to pay for the Appeal. Also it puts an end to the pointless speculation about what it means if they haven't paid.
