secondly im not saying they will. I was just correcting the statement mDe by the poster above me saying that they couldnt possibly try and introduce anything new.

im a pretty firm holder of avq and am confident they will win the appeal as well. Worried of course about what smm may try and pull.

Pretty much at this stage im hoping judge browns findings are bomb proof and that the 3 appeals judges are standup people.
