Research Peter and James history is a good place to start your research. i initially grabbed the tail feathers of Peter but then learnt they've worked together in the past and Peter had actually head hunted James for the venture.
Pays to know a bit about the company as well, so go back to the start and look at the progress.
Imo Peter will build the company to a point of where it gets acquired at a premium, then he'll repeat the process (rinse and repeat). however might just keep building it i guess
