I like the mix of capital & dividend growth over many years and as my benchmark is the All Ord index (I measure myself constantly) l know l will be matching the index.
yes the headline yield is only ~3% but my yield on the original investment should be 5%??+ As the sp has more than doubled over the last decade.
if I sell I have a 40% chance of selecting the wrong share so l am happy to hold. Not going to shoot out the lights but l should be matching the index. my 2c
