Thanks for the posting. I understand the term 'Record Date for determining Eligible Shareholders 26 April 2007' to mean that all shareholders on that date are eligible to participate in the placement.
Why is it therefore that the market ran so hard yesterday 27/4? Was it on the back of the quarterly? Good news, sure, but do these investors realise that the register is about to be diluted by 300M shares at 4.3c?
I sold into this buying frenzy &, as I read it, will soon be receiving a letter in the mail inviting me to pruchase shares at 4.3c?
Seems too good to be true...I must be missing something?
