The correct numbers from the prospectus are:
1) 2525 eligible shareholders
2) SPP will offer 50 million shares to exisiting FML shareholders. Equates to approx 19k shares/shareholder.
Based on the numbers quoted in the qtrly report, it looks like FML could earn as AUD$300 million from the Nepean project over a 1 to 2 year period. Nice.
